Lvx6048 warning 32

Hi everyone. Hope someone can help me. I try to set up my inverter for the first time. And solar power store tell me to download the new update and update the fireware. But the fan was always runing so I decide to change the update. I don't know what I did wrong but now my screen only show a warning sigh with the number 32 .... Everytime I try to update it. It doesn't let me or at the end crash.

That's not an LVX6048 screen. Please confirm your model and what firmware you flashed.

Pending your manufacturing date, download the correct files from above and try again.

I did 2 updates for a LVX 6048, (not the same as yours but similar) Make sure you have the right firmware for your unit (LVX6048WP) one of the 2 units i had the same problem, i had to try a few times to get it to work, be patient

You're welcome. Hope you get it figured out. Be careful screwing inverters, that could be quite electrifying ?

Well black screen now ? so ... ?? I contact mpp and still waiting for help. They want me to go through the LCD to look for information and I am like .. no it doesn't work.
So I asked him if I can change just the memory or driver.

I know enough now. Asked MPP to give me new firmware, they agreed but have not heard from MPP ever since.
Happy I did not get it yet. I read too many stories like this and people bricking their inverter with a firmware update.
