Hi all, new guy here. Here is the problem that I have on my hands. I am installing an off grid system that consists of 12x550 watt panels connected 3S4P for approx 140V and 52A. The pv calculator on the Magnum site states that the pt100 charge controller can handle my array. The issue is that the controller does not see the pv array. The run from the array to the pt100 is 30ft of 6ga wire in pvc conduit and I get the same 138Vdc that I get at the combiner box at the lugs of the controller. I saw a similar issue posted here but no solution. When I turn off the battery the controller will stay lit with the scrolling display which means that some power is getting in. I tested with less panels configured for the low and the upper voltage range of the pt100 and that did not help. Suggestions/thoughts? Thanks
