More efficient 12v or 115v ac

Which is more battery efficient? A 12v mini split or a similarly sized mini split that’s 115 requiring an inverter. I’m sourcing the smallest mini split o can for my UEV-490 offroad trailer. Going to try and scale a battery bank to be able to keep it cool 1/4 the day and all night in desert heat.

I see some truck ac units but they seem to have constant speed motors attached to an ac compressor and also see really high seer mini splits 9000-10000 btus trying to decide before i go modifying my trailer to fit a condenser

The highest SEER ratings in mini split seem to be 240 volt as best I can tell. SEER rating would be the yardstick I used.

Yea there’s some 115’s out there I’m just making sure i can cool this small thing and heat it and fit the condenser and not buy a unit that’s too small but not too big so I can run this b on battery

Consider if using an inverter 12vdc to 110vac you could be losing 10-20% power in conversion from the get go. Really high quality inverters might put you in the 90ish % efficiency.

Then it has to be converted again in the mini-split because they don't just use 110ac 60hz directly.

As long as the amperage draw isn't too insane then avoiding the efficiency hit of going up and then back down would be the most efficient way.
