MPP LV6548 battery size set up

When using the WatchPower app, it always says that my battery is around 50%. Even when my battery is full as shown by the BMS, or the shunt. Both of those devices allow me to state my battery size. I can’t find on the MPPLV6548 where to tell it that my battery is 280ah. Is it figuring the charge status based on voltage?

I have a 16s 280ah battery.
