My Solar Backup system to my Whole House Generator

I'm new to this site, so be kind until I learn the ropes...

I have lived in SW Florida for 20 years and have been through a few hurricanes, Irma being the latest. I have a whole house 20k generator. Propane delivery is limited after a hurricane. So, I put together a small solar generator to run essentials until I can get a propane fill. Attached is a pdf of my system. I would welcome feedback on it's design.

Should have a fuse right at the battery, to protect the wiring. Also the 500 amp shunt seems a bit large for a 2K inverter.

No problem adding a fuse close to the battery. The shunt is the one that came with the Victron BMV-700, so I used it.
