Neighborhood non bonded houses

Does anyone know why newly built houses say in main panel “non-bonded”? I checked my neighbors(not occupied yet) houses and each one is the same including mine. I asked my coworker who just bought a 1 mo old house and the same. Inside d main are truly no N-G bond. We’re both wondering. I’m in Arizona.

Bond may be at the meter instead of the panel.

Very typical the bond is in the meter housing.

bond only at 1st point of disconnect.. is there a switch by the meter?

External disconnect is also my guess.
