No indication that inverter is getting power from panels

I have 8 12v 200 watt panels and 2 24v 200w panels in series. I originally had only the 8 12v panels but bought the extra 2 24v thinking that I just wasn't getting enough power to the inverter.

But I'm not getting any indication that there is any power coming to the inverter. Sometimes it flashes 75v on the display but it is most often 0. The extra panels did not solve the problem.

It's an eco worthy 5000w inverter.

I have checked the connections. They seem to be fine. Even tried hooking up only the two 24v panels to see if there might be some upstream problem. No luck.

Check the PV string voltage with a multi-meter where they connect to the inverter input terminal (after breakers and protection devices).
It should correspond to the voltage displayed by the inverter. If not, contact support for repair/replacement.

You have dissimilar panels in series?
And what is the open circuit rating range of the inverter?
