I keep finding different information about what do to about the 3000TL bonding. I have attached my sample drawing. Since they are bonded in the unit, do I just not use the green screw? Or, do I need to attach the green to something else?

Do not use the green bonding screw.
And add a separate ground bar.

Ok, that is what I was thinking. What do I attach the other bar to in the box?

It mounts to the box. And the green wire goes on it.
The existing bar is the neutral bar. (White wire)

And I just figure out where to attach it as long as it does not touch the neutral bar?

Yes
And it attaches to the two holes at the bottom left or right.

Also, is my black wire correct to be able to use both sides at 120v?
