Off Grid Schneider Conex SW 4024 does not indicate AC pass through from generator

Off Grid application Schneider Conex SW 4024 shows input from generator is charging batteries (Gen Support light is blinking) but does not indicate that AC is passed through to the cabin (solid Gen Support light). Everything appears to be configured correctly but clearly I am missing something. The SW indicates the signal from the generator is qualified (voltage and frequency in specs for both L1 and L2). Any ideas of what I am missing?

Do you have a SCP with your inverter, system control panel? You'll need the SCP to make changes to your AC settings. Look on page 4-24 of the owner's manual.

MichaelK, thanks for the reply. I do have an SCP and will double check these settings. The place is snowed in right now so it may be a bit before I can verify they are correct. Thanks I will let you know.
