I bought this unit one month ago. Every users on Amazon seemed really happy with it. Mine has worked only for 2-3 full charge. Since then, it stopped recharging. I think the batteries did not support the cold in my canadian cabin. I sent an email to oukitel. No answer.
I opened the device to see if I could replace the batteries myself. Inside, it looks nicely done but I’m a little scared with electricity. My question is what should I do / not do to avoid electric shock while disassembling the device? (Charge is 5% charged and keep going down)
