I am trying to figure out what panels to use for the roof of my school bus. I am wanting to have at least 800watts. I have a 66.5” x 92.5” space to mount panels. (Can be slight bigger than these dimensions)

The only panels I have found to give me 800watts in this space is 2 of These
Are those too big to be vehicle mounted? They would be bolted to angle iron on all 4 sides.

So what recommendations do you have to reach 800watts in this space?

I don't think your ~ 68" x 45" panels are too big. I installed three ~ 69" x 41" panels on my RV roof.

Though my roof space is larger than yours, your 410W panels look great. Good luck!

Looks like a perfect panel selection for that amount of space, good panels too.

For a 12V system, panels in parallel would work great, and a series for 24V.
