Parallel 2x 120v 3000 Growatt LVM 24p using 30amp(will need to limit AC in Charging)

I plan on using 6000Watts combine power instead of 240V Split Phase from my 3000Watt Growatt LVM24p. Per manual, I need to connect both Hot from Inverter 1 and 2 and both Nuetral from Inverter 1 and 2 as well as connecting both Ground from inverter 1 and 2.My question is, since I have an unused 30amp NEMA 10-30P. I would like to utilize it. Can I use the splitter below to plug in my 2x growatt 3000? This is only because I ran out of space in my main breaker and do not want to run new wires, but I have to make sure that I can never use more than ~25amps combined from both inverters of course.

plug it in how?
You can't get 220v from your system if they are combined doing same wave form together, but wire is wire.. and that is 10 awg which is fine.
But the method of plugging that into something doesn't really make sense unless you are using 1 inverter with that 1 plug
