Powertech inverter issue!

I have a Powertech pure sine wave 2000 watt 24volt inverter, I use it mainly to run a TV, WiFi, a fridge and a deep freeze. Occasionally it is happy running a 1400 watt vacuum cleaner or 5' ginders and such.

While 99% of the time it runs perfect, occasionally when the battery voltage drops to 24.9 volts it cuts out for a few seconds and then resumes. It will do this 1 to 4 times and then DOESN'T do it again even if the batteries drop below 24 volts and all the same things are running off it. It also doesn't do it above this voltage range. Typical there will only be approximately 300watts drawing on it at the time. Doesn't do it with 1400 watts drawing on it either. I have had 2 of the same make and model before that did the same thing and had them replaced under warranty.
My question is, can this be fixed? If l take a third one back l get my money back but this inverter would be perfect for my needs of only it didn't have this glitch. Thought's anyone!
