Problems getting a 4kw array with growatt spf 3000tl lvm es

I really appreciate your help, saved me a lot of research time! I will definitely look into that as buying any panel on Facebook and that inverter would actually be cheaper than finding specific panels to work with my inverter, so I believe that’s what I’ll do. I’m gonna be busy today but will run all the numbers tonight. Would the pv array input on the growatt inverters be big enough to fit 8 awg in there?

There are always trade offs. Spend less on wire, spend more on panels. Make sure you get your inverter from an authorized U.S. distributor like Watts247.

Not sure if it will take 8awg, but I'd be shocked if it couldn't.

These are my current panels that I am running only 5 in series. I have another 3 of them at another property that I might take and run 4s2p. I still have the problem of being just over 18A but you think I can get away with it till I can save up more and replace my setup with a new all in one and panels later on?

I decided I am going to go with this inverter:
I was going to wire up 15 270 watt panels in 5s3p. The individual panel stats are 37.9V OCV 9.22A SCC and 15A max series fuse. So I’ll be sitting at about 190V and 28A.I was going to switch from my 10 gauge cable that runs 100ft to my inverter to 8 gauge.

I was going to ask do you have any links to what breakers you’d recommend for putting before the 3 to 1 parallel mc4 connector

250VDC breakers aren't that common, and they can be spendy.

I'd just put a single 15A MC4 fuse in each string if you're trying to keep costs low.

3 into 1 combiner box with up to 300VDC breakers or 600VDC fuse holders.
