Pylontec US 3000C to RPi 4B interface with solar assistant monitoring software

Hi all
Is there someone who can assist with selecting the correct interface cable (USB to RJ45) in order to communicate from Pylontec US3000C to RPi using solar assistant software. The normal USB to RJ45 cable connected to the console port does not communicate. Is there a diagram available with pinouts to do a cable myself or what would the best option be?

I don't know of a cable - I made my own interface board for the Pi's UART with an RJ45 socket so I use a standard ethernet cable.

The pinout of the RJ45 is 3 = Rx (from Pylon to Pi), 6 = Tx (from Pi to Pylon) and 8 = Ground.

Pinouts are exactly as @rpdom said above . That's green+green/white for signal and brown for earth.
