Pylontech US5000 SW button

Should the red SW on a Pylontech US5000 battery pop out after being pressed? Mine stays in. Is that normal? I thought the SW button was used to switch a unit or group off before using the master toggle switch.

Hi SV Lyric,
I have 7 Pylontech 48V batteries (one of them being an US5000) and none of the red buttons stay in after pressing; this buttom is just a press and release device, just like a door bell button. It might just be some dirt that is blocking it... One way or the other, it shound not stay in the pressed position.
