The curves can give voltage vs. SoC, discharge rates, etc.
You might cycle an AGM battery 15% most nights, but you can make it 3 days without sunshine by draining 90%. That's OK to do on occasion. You might get 10 years usage.
My grid-backup system is set to discharge my AGM bank 70% before shedding the load presented by my house. Inverters continue to operate down to 80% for any critical loads, and the AC coupled PV inverters.
