Reasonable offer for GCL-M3/72DH385

I have the opportunity to purchase some unused, but damaged 385w panels. I am looking to get 56 of them. What would you gurus say is a reasonable offer? The back side works fine and he says no damage. Only the front side has cracked glass. Would need to fix if I want them to last longer. The fix will cost me around $120 per panel. On a sunny day they are pulling 45 volts. Either side.

new 350 watt panels are costing 120 euro in Holland
