Recommendations for used panels in the Northern Virginia / DC area?

I am looking for a used solar panel or two, for a direct solar setup (e.g. panel, step-down converter, xt-60 wires, and appliances like laptops). I'm looking for a good source of panels like this in the Northern Virginia / DC area. Does anybody have any recommendations for local sellers or sources in the area? (After setting up for myself, I could be interested in helping more people do this in the neighborhood — so ongoing source recommendations would be helpful as well.) Likewise, any recommendations for local distributors of step-down converters or xt-60 wires or frame materials or other recommended parts would be much appreciated as well.
