FYI I am not plugged into shore power right now.

If you are not plugged into shore power then getting 120ish volts AC output and 0 volts DC input is fairly miraculous.

@CryptoNomad do you have a switch to disconnect your solar panels?
If yes, check the voltage at the system side dc inverter leads using your dvom with the panels connected and again when they are disconnected.
This test should be done while the sun is shining.
Report back with both test results.

Still looking for help with this. Trying to get my alternator to charge my batteries again. Thanks. FYI nothing wrong with the alternator. Something to do with the connection to the battery
