Looking at overpaneling my AC200MAX, which has limit of 145 Vdc.

Panels I'm looking at buying are 47.8 VOC, 9.8A each.

Can I safely do 3 panels in series? (47.8 x 3 = 143.4 Vdc) which is very close to the 145 limit. Mind you, I'm probably going to have to run this down 150ft of 10awg PV wire. Will the PV wire length sufficiently drop the voltage into a safer range? Calculator.net says the voltage drop is about 2.7% and should result in about 140V reaching the end destination. My goal is to get 6 of these panels, and run 3S2P and hopefully get the full 900watts for most of the day.

And finally, panels won't be directly perpendicular to sun, will be laying flat on ground, unmounted. Current 100w panels I have now produce about 60-70% of output on a really good day, so I'm not thinking it'll ever reach Vmpp. But what's the worst that could happen?
