Hello , I contact you about a fault on my INVERTER (hyd 3000 , sofarsolar) since I've change my batteries.
Former , I had a 4x12v LEAD batteries ,and It worked , badly , but worked.
I bought 16s LIFEPO4 280Ah batteries + bms (no buscan)
A reconfigure my inverter using default and here is my settings
1. Battery type DEFAULT
2. Battery capacity 280 Ah
3. Max charge voltage 56,5V
4. Max charge current 50A (0.2C-0.25C )
5. Max protect voltage 59 V
6. Min discharge voltage 44.5V
7. Max discharge current 60A(0.3C-0.4C )
8. Min protect voltage 44V
9. Discharge depth ≤70%
10. Empty discharge voltage 43.5V
11. Full charge voltage 54.4V
It works for severals minutes (30 about) and after I get a serie of ID05 ,
BatOVP
The battery voltage is too high
If the alarm occurs occasionally, wait a while to see if the problem is solved. If the alarm occurs frequently, check whether the battery overvoltage setting is inconsistent with the battery specification.
I check the voltage is 52.2 V , that is very less than Max protect voltage 59 V
here is my wiring :

Do you have an idea to fix the issue ?
thank you for reading me

Hello VVIRGILE, did you solve the problem? I cheched the error code ID005, ant this is charge leakage fault. So there was maybe some technical problem with inverter or BMS or wiring or something else... Restarting the inverter is also a good option to try.

Ok. So you have ES series inverter, which is different to mine EP series. And I used mine only in offgrid mode. I will continue in the other topic.
