Software used for this forum

I was just curious if the forum software running this site is proprietary or if this is a customized commercial or open source software for forums. I have a project for work that requires a forum and thought I might use the same as this site if its a commercial or open source software.

This site is running XenForo with some plug-ins. It's not Open Source as such (as in, it's commercial, not under an open source license) but the code is not obfuscated, so you can edit the code.
