I'm having an issue with my SOK LiFePo batteries.

Relevant parts:

2 206aH 12v SOK batteries wired in series for a 24v bank.

Victron MultiPlus 24/3000/70

Victron battery monitor

I just recently hooked my system up. The batteries sat unused for a long time, about a year and half, maybe up to 2 years. I'm not sure. I'm worried they're totally dead. They read at just under 1 volt with the multi meter.

The victron battery monitor won't even turn on unless the shore power or other power source is connected. When it does, it says the batteries are fully charged, but that they have 0 watts, volts, aH, etc. I had them connected to the MultiPlus for about 12hours. It did not have any effect.

I tried disconnecting the batteries from the system and each other and using a 12v car battery charger on them. The charger also registered that they're 100% charged and didn't seem to help.

Is there anything I can do?
