Finally got my system up and running with the first bank of panels. The issue I'm having is that I get an arc fault when that option is on. I can turn it off and get the following readings. This is after 3pm, so not sure what I should expect.

No batteries connected yet, they are on a slow boat from China.
14 Solarever 455 panels = 6370 watts, 2 strings of 7
Actual watts is 3680, did see as high as 4250 ish.
Volts unconnected string 1 is 315, string 2 is 317
Volts connected string 1 is 254, string 2 is 240
Amps string 1 is 7.4 +/7.8-, string 2 is 6.5+/6.8-

Updated,

I've had the same issue on my 15kw. The arc faults always happen during a couple of hours before and after sunset, when there is very low solar power being generated or none at all. You can do a process of elimination by disconnecting one string at a time for a few days to see if that eliminates the fault. My problem started when I added Midnite Solar Solar Surge Protection to each string, removing the solar surge protection eliminated the problem. I decided to disable the arc fault and keep the surge protection as my 15k has been hit by lightning once requiring a replacement.

I have TIGO optimizers and I had to turn off the arc fault detection as well, it was producing false alerts and shutdowns when the optimizers were optimizing.
