Since Vmp of the panel is 30.6V it should work for either a 12V or 24V battery. However, a charge controller needs 3-5V above the battery charging voltage so if you have only 1 solar panel a 12V battery would be the best match because a 24V battery will not reliably charge in cloudy conditions.

It will work reliably on either a 12v nominal or 24v nominal battery bank reliably (poor weather conditions will hurt production on the 24v battery bank a little bit though)- it could comfortably handle 2 of those panels in series (although at the upper end of its limits it would still be within its specs with 76 v for a twin panel array being under the 100v limit (I always advise leaving a 20% 'buffer' on the PVmax rating, which is 80v on a 100v max rated controller- 76v is under 80v, so a long service life is assured) three panels or more in series - no...
With a 30A rating it will put out up to 375W into a 12v battery bank, and up to 750W on a 24v battery bank (despite what many think- the amperage is the OUTPUT current limit on the charge controller, not the input...) so it leaves you with the option to basically double the panels to two, effectively doubling your power for minimal cost and not needing anything else except the panel...
