Solar genertion issues with Growatt SPF 5000TL HVM-WPV

I noticed that at peak of power production my solar input momentarily goes to zero and immediately rises up again even when the sun is up, this causes a lot of disrutpion in power production making it diffcult to fully charge my battery. It happens anytime time but more often during peak of power generation, could this be a problem with the MPPT of my Growatt SPF 5000TL HVM? Please I need answer to resolve the challenge.

Hi,

Are you still having the issue? I came across your question as I am facing the same issue.
What is your system setup? Grid tied or Hybrid or off-grid?

In my case it is on-grid and still the issue is not resolved by the process of elimination and numerous checks it has come down to inverter and our guess too is MPPT.

Does your inverter give any error code during such events or just goes to stand by mode?

Check the settings of the inverter to see what's the cut off for AC output, usually safe is 255-260V not more.
