I picked up three Jinko 310watt panels from a residential installer at a massive discount, due to the discoloration. They confirmed it would have no effect on performance but my research is leading me to believe that is false. I'm not trying to return them, I just am curious to know the "truth".
Here is one of the articles I read but they all seem to focus on "yellowing" or "browning". These are meant to be black panels but some cells are blue. Would this be the same phenomenon as "yellowing" or "browning". They are brand new so this defect was a result of a production error. Please see the pictures below and let me know your opinion, specifically on it's performance impact. Note these images are from the seller, the ones I got are not this bad. Thanks for your time!
