Solar to shore power switch?

Right now my solar is running a sub panel only controlling a few circuits. My shore power runs all the other circuits thru a breaker panel.
I would like to be able to add a switch to run one or the other and simply turn off the large amp breakers in panel when switched to only solar power.
Is this possible to add a simple switch to control where the panel feed gets its power?
Thanks

My system
2000w solar
24v Victron charger
Ames 4k inverter/charger
This is for my self built toy hauler.

African or European Swallow?
Err... 120v or 240v?
30A single phase or 50A dual phase?
1 air conditioner or 2? AC are single or dual phase? If 2 are they on different phases?
Entire power trunk or a Branch?

Right now it’s setup for 50amp.
I’m not opposed to installing a soft start for mini split.
20amp start

20amp start
50 amp is two phase 120 vac with a Neutral. Phases maybe 180degree or 120degree if from a common 3 phase system.
Small stuff is on one or the other phase.
Likely they are using standard 110v water heater and Frig?
Is the furnace propane or electric?
Electric fire place?
Electric stove? Electric oven?
Large loads like AC, Oven, Furnace, are typically on both phases for 220-240vac.

Nothing is 220v . The mini split is also heat pump. Propane tankless water heater. I can switch to 30 amp service if I need to.

Nothing in my trailer uses 220v. Obviously I didn’t need a 50 amp setup. Mini split is also a heat pump. Propane water heater. Toaster oven and microwave for cooking.

For solar one should do an energy audit. Ex... daily hours
furnace blower: 7.5A, 12v, 4 hours avg during winter
12v electronics: Propane Detector 0.5A 24hours, Frig 3A 6 hours, Water heater 2A 4hours, LED lights 4A 4hours, etc..
Water heater on electric: 400w 4hours, Frig on electric 400w 6 hours
TV 200w hours? Gaming PC 150W, DVD?, Wii ?
Microwave 800w 0.5 hours?,
Toaster oven ?w ?hours
AC watts? hours summer?
Heat pump watts? hours winter?

I have a Kilowatt Hour meter for AC.
My battery shunt helps if I watch it while turning stuff on/off.
