Noticed over the holidays that one of our slave units stopped reporting. It still works but there is no power to the wifi dongle. I have submitted a support ticket and fingers crossed this is covered under warranty. Last request I put in for a different unit for a different issue was not covered (which really surprised me).
Issue on the other unit was that both the CANbus and Modbus ports were dead. Was told that as this was a slave unit I didn't require them.
