Good day to all.
I have a Sunsynk 12Kva 3 phase inverter installed.
Having a fault code F18 coming on but only when the inverter is connected to grid. Switching off the grid, the inverter supplies the load perfectly and switching the changeover to Utility the loads run perfectly from the Grid. I have disconnected the load completely but once you switch the ac supply on to the inverter it beeps and the inverter cuts out giving the F18 fault.
What is strange to me (as per attached photo) is that on the flow diagram it shows a very high minus value on the red phase but the other 2 phases is showing a none to little positive draw. What baffles me is what can draw this if the load is not even connected. With the loads connected, running off the batteries the inverter works perfectly showing load of about 6kw.
No solar with 4x 5kva Lithium Batteries only supplying essential loads (few plugs and lights)
CT coils installed and we don't feed back to the grid.
Hope someone here can give me some insight.
