It works really well and normally retails on Amazon for $269

It works well, the software is simple enough and it automatically updates the firmware on the camera.
You can spot check the temperature at a specific point or you can draw a rectangle on the screen and it will give you the max/min/average temp within.
It is BRILLIANT to immediately identify any hot spot on your DIY battery or your inverter / battery / wiring setup as well as other useful tasks around
the house such as finding a water leak, identifying the stud locations through the walls, finding spots with missing insulation around the house... you name it!
