Today I received my new 250A Daly BMS and Active balancer.

I thought you had the stand alone 2A active balancer and a separate Daly BMS.
I need an English manual for the stand alone 2A active balancer.

The manual (how to connect) is the same.
Also software is the same.
(Makes the manual compatible)
The only thing you do not have compared to the active balancer BMS is the B- and P- lead

I have the stand alone 1A Balancer.
2A is in my honest opinion overkill for most installation, especially if you have matching cells.
If there is much difference between the cells, then 2A is good investment!

You can ask IC GOGOGO store.
Normally they reply quite fast.

Some feedback on the Bluetooth range.
Like I wrote, for the active balancer BMS the range was not good, 2.5 meter.

The balancer alone have good BT range, roughly 8 to 10 meters
(With thin wall in between)

There is a password to change the parameters

The bluetooth login password and parameter setting password are independent of each other
