Trailer mounted Solar and Wind Hybrid turbine system

Need to build a Covered Cargo Trailer mounted 10KW combined Solar and Wind turbine systems.
Have the Solar system and wind turbine hardware selected.
Need help with selecting the needed Hybrid inverter/s at 48V and 13KW battery.
The system should be 120/240AC system to charge EVs.
