Trouble charging PowerHouse 767 with 531 Solar Panel

Hello all,

I'm a newbie -- if I've made an obvious mistake, I apologize in advance.

I've connected my PowerHouse 767 with a 531 Solar Panel, but am receiving DC Input 0W. (I'm not trying to maximize the input, just trying to get it to have any input).

I assume everything is connected correctly because as soon as I plug the panel into the power station, the Input section appears on the display (as well as the app), but it shows 0W for input. When I disconnect the panel, the Input section disappears from the the display, and the app changes from DC Input 0W to DC Input --. I can also hear the power station make a click when I plug everything in. (The power station is currently at 97%, so there's room to charge.)

Any ideas? Thank you!

At the time of my original post, the load was ~35-45W out. I've since increased it to ~100W out and the input is still 0W.

All I can think is you need to reduce the battery capacity below xx% capacity to allow charging (assuming the panel is in good sun) or there is a setting to enable charging. I don't have any anker power stations but the other products from them I own are excellent.
Does the manual have a troubleshooting section?
