As an opportunity to become familiar with solar technology, I built my first 24 volt off grid system this past year, running some appliances in our basement; I have been pleased with the results. I am considering building a second 48 volt system, but may need some help with wiring\circuits and installing the panels on our home. I am looking for an installer who is experienced with off grid installations and not looking to sell me a full blown grid tied $30,000 system instead. Does anyone know a good resource for finding independent or smaller companies\contractors that support smaller and medium size off grid systems? I live in the Atlanta Ga area.
