Can one shunt power two monitor screens? To be able to monitor charge/battery performance from two places. ( Renogy 500A Battery Monitor)

Yes, assuming monitor's shunt voltage sense meter does not load shunt very much. This would be very unlikely as shunts are very low resistance.

Monitors must be compatible with particular shunt mV/A resistance to read correct amperage.

Monitors shunt voltage reading sensing have an averaging filter to remove 2x AC line frequency ripple current from a sinewave inverter DC current profile. If you just use a cheap 200 mVdc LCD module voltmeter you need an input R-C filter with 1 or 2 Hz cutoff filtering to average out the 2x AC frequency ripple from shunt sense voltage output.

Other thoughts:

Renogy uses a 5 conductor, shielded cable from shunt to meter. My guess is one lead is B+, one is B- and the third is from the other side of the shunt (they call it P-). I don't know what the other 2 wires are for.

There are shunts that have built in Bluetooth, no physical meter. You use a smart device to display the information. That allows you to move the device around.
