Looking for advice, I just installed a Victron Energy Phoenix 12/1200 inverter. I tried to install a VE. Direct Bluetooth Smart dongle, It will not connect to my Victron app on my phone. I tried 000000, 0000, and 1234 as pins which they said to use and none of them work. The Bluetooth just will not pair with my phones Bluetooth. I also have a SmartShunt and it connected just fine. Any help would be appreciated.
