Victron 150/35 massively voltage mismatch

I have a 3 or 4 year old victron 150/35 with 120v open circuit pv. Been running fine. Now with 75 Volts on the multimeter it's showing pv over voltage at 169 volts. Turn it all off, turn off Pv breaker and its still showing 6v on the app with zero on the meter. As soon as I turn on the panels, 169 volts.
I will wire up a smaller one to keep some power in the batteries while I figure...

I guess... Two longi 430 watt panels 48.5voc. Left it all unplugged for 30 minutes. Same deal but was reading 16v incoming with no pv wires plugged in at all.

Just checking... you attached a battery before connecting PV, right?

Definitely did.
I replaced it with a 75/15 I had unused. Half the panels, half the fun...

Update.
Victron has shipped a replacement unit at no cost to me.
