Some of these threads make me me laugh so much.
And just when I think someone is crazy for their choices, along comes an interesting explanation that makes me look at things from a different perspective.
I may still disagree but there is so much value in looking at things in a different way.
I guess that is one of the real values of a forum like this.
OP FYI the victron connect app can run from Windows, laptops, Mac,Linux, phones, desktops, tablets and prob more.
Though not on arm development boards.
You are not limited to phones.
Breakers is what most seem to use to disconnect pv from mppt for maintenance.
Its so much easier to leave it connected and lower the charges rates for infrequent use.
