RV solar setup mess help

Hello, after a year of trying to get up and running, and 7K$ I know right! looking for help
My system is in a 50 amp 5th wheel.
I have 14 -100 watt panels s/p wired Victron 150/60 smart mppt 8-100ah batteries wired for 24 Volts and a Aims 6000 watt split phase inverter.
Also have 1- 100ah battery for 12 trailer stuff on that I am trying to use a Victron isolated 24/12 DC to DC charger and a Victron small BMS I am trying to use
the BMS to turn on/off the charger, also trying to get my Victron Global link 520 up and going having trouble with it wont boot up ( have a external antenna on the way) Thanks all

Which BMS are you trying to use to turn on/off the charger? Sounds like there are 9 BMS in this system. I doubt any one of them can control the charger.
