Victron SmartSolar, Load settings

I'm running a Victron SmartSolar 75/15 in a 24v system and trying to use the app to turn off and on the load option running my 24v to 12v converter for the one thing I could not get in 24v the ceiling vent fan.

It seems no matter what option I choose in the app the load is powered. There is a "load is always On" option and a "load is always Off" option but nothing changes, it's always running.

Anyone come across this?

Did you remove the jumper?

i couldn't see in the manual that it had anything to do with it.

Now eating those words as the jumper apparently fell out during installation.

The jumper must be removed for you to make changes in the app. When I had VC running in demo mode, VC itself told me to remove the jumper.
