I did a dumb thing and purchased 32 (8x 4 packs) of these Sinopoly Cells: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/325...st.0.0.4cc11802vnOvVd&gatewayAdapt=4itemAdapt
They looked like a great deal, and got shipped to me really fast ~8 days. One big problem, they were 100ah cells not 200ah.
Seller was very condescending, and was definitely aware they were only 1/2 of what advertised. in the dispute, I ended up having to take pictures of the configuration, then a video of the setup, and a discharge test (14 hrs) all in one video. AliExpress ended up siding with me, and after a month they got the seller to refund me $800. Came out to $120 per kwh, and the cells themselves are in good condition, so it seems to have worked out fairly well, but very stressful and annoying.
I only bring this up, because In the seller's feedback I see several others with the same complaint. If they are users on here, it's probably not too late to open a dispute. Be forceful, and have data to backup your claims. AliExpress seems to side initially with the seller, but if you have data to back up you claims, they seem to be fair. It just takes a long long time.
I'm attaching the results of my discharge test in a 8S4P configuration
