New user, first post so bear wit me please...

I have a strange problem. I recently installed 4x 460w panels to my off grid set up and everything has been going well.
Today I check on my invertor how much power is going into the batteries (pylontech) and its under 100w in full sun! 186 volts is being put out but what has happened to the wattage?
Yesterday in the same weather it was 1.4kw charging the batteries and nothing has been tampered with or changed.
Any ideas?

Thanks, Matt

The first thing I would check is the SOC of your batteries. If they are full, the charge controllers will throttle back the solar..

Are your batteries below 5 degrees C? I read elsewhere on here that Pylons restrict charge current at low temps.

Though just noticed you are in Portugal, so unlikely, as hot in Europe at the moment ☀️

16°c here at the moment and the batteries never go below 8°.
I think the batteries are full, all the lamps are out, does that mean full?

Are your batteries fully charged? MPP controller will scale back power-in to batteries when full.
