Which type of connector is better for connecting panels in parallel, and why?
The kind with cables:1711592771679.png
or the kind without cables:1711592745004.png

Specifically, I'm considering BougeRV's offerings, with cables ($9) and without cables ($10).
I have just two 305W panels to connect in parallel. The panel locations will be close enough to reach either way.
I'm asking for experienced opinions about convenience, quality, or other factors.

Here's my report, in case it helps others:
I bought the kind with cables. The length and flexibility are helpful as I experiment with different layouts.

If my layout were fixed and the kind without cables were long enough, then perhaps it would be more reliable (because fewer connections).

BTW, one of the main reasons I asked was a prior post that said "most of the Y cables are junk," which I took to mean the type with cables.
@Brett V , what's your perspective?
