Wulills 48V 100AH battery with LVX6048WP how to hook up?

I did not get an instruction set with my WuLills 48V 100AH battery and my LVX6048WP does not have clear instructions.
It’s a single battery and a single inverter.

1) What kind of Ethernet cable do I use?
2) Where to hook it up to my inverter?
3) Where to hook it up to my battery?
4) Do I need a terminator on my battery?
5) Dip switches?
