Wzrebel Inverter issue

I just got a new Wzrelb 5000w 24v inverter from Amazon.....or so I thought.
I ordered a 24v and the case is marked as 24v but when I hook the inverter to my batteries I get an overvoltage alarm.
As a test I attached them to a small set of 12v batteries and got no alarm.
So the inverter is set for the wrong voltage.
Does anyone know if there is a jumper setting or other means to correct the voltage setting?

Operating voltages are a function of the hardware. Voltage is not selectable.

There is not. They sent you a mislabeled inverter.

The best thing that you can hope for is that they tell you to keep the 12V one and send you a new 24V for free.
