Hello!

We have installed a system consisting of 2 x XWPro 230V in parallel (Single phase installation). Inverters have been updates to latest firmware v2.06 and gateway to the latest version at the website (1.18).

The system struggled to work properly and synchronize from the beginning, after much back and forth with the Advanced AC settings Voltage calibration the load sharing started working but the transfer time from grid tied to offgrid is awfully slow. We have tried factory reset and reloading the latest firmware at the inverters without success.

Have anyone experienced this same issue? we have ample experience with XW+ which never displays this behavior's, transfer is quite quick.

The transfer is so slow that TV's and other electronics are switching off.

The wider the acceptance AC input frequency range setting, the longer it can take to sync up. It scans over the freq acceptance range looking for phase lock. The more range it has to search, the longer it can take.

This is why AC1 input which is designated for grid input, with tighter frequency spread uncertainty, has narrower frequency acceptance range spread range limits.

If you have a synchronous fixed rpm generator that has an unstable governor rpm control it may not find phase lock at all, take longer time to lock, or randomly drop generator.
