Kindly, if anyone has the EDMS program i need it, i have more tha 6 batteries in parallel tha i need to check, and felicity is refusing to give the program even though i bought from them in total more than 100 batteris

this is provided by them when i requested to update my battery FW version, however i am unable to communicate from my PC Win10 to it through the serial to rs485 or the usb to RS485 cables provided with the battery.

i realized the cable i have from usb to serial had an issue, i changes it to a correct one , however now edms is showing serial numbers not of my battery on com5

As this has now been posted to the forums and apparently they are no longer using it, here is a newer version.
If you fuck up your batteries, down to you !!!

That isn't RS485 That's rs232, totally different even says on the adapter you took a photo of.
