Hook it up to a solar charge controller that outputs to a 12v battery. From your battery you now have uninterrupted 12v supply
 
It says so right there. 100w. Only thing that changes with voltage is amps

A 100W 10000V panel (if it were to exist) outputs 100W, no matter what voltage it is converter to. The only thing that changes is the current which will flow: lower voltage, higher current. The product of those two is power. Remember: power in == power out, and this applies to solar charge controllers, inverters, etc. as well.
